May 2014 – Beverage Testing Institute: Pale amber colour. Aromas of roasted grain, dried beef, and caramelized nuts with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a marmalade on date bread, sweet creme brulee, mineral, and delicate spice finish. A very tasty blend that is sure to please.
