On the Caribbean island of Curaçao, HENRY’S GIN is created in a pristine environment buffered by fresh Atlantic winds. Exotic vegetation gives HENRY’S GIN its exceptional character. The spirit vapor passes through a flavor basket of four traditional, locally grown botanicals and citrus peels.

The base of Henry’s Gin is the Laraha Orange. An unique, orange that only grows on Curacao due to the soil composition . This orange is also famous as the base for the original Blue Curacao Liqueur. As a counterpart for the fresh Laraha Orange a mixed package of Herbs is added.

For the fig thyme shrub
2 cups diced fresh figs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
10 sprigs fresh thyme
For the cocktail
1 1/2 ounces Henry’s Gin
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 ounces fig thyme shrub
2 ounces club soda
halved fresh figs for garnish
thyme sprigs for garnish
