Mainly Merlot, Cabernet Franc Nice ruby red colour with dark hints. Nose of red fruits. Pleasant concentration in the mouth with fine and well balanced tanins . Slight wood influence. Explosion of ref fruit with a point of sweetness. Elegant and harmonious wine.
Best tasted on roasted duck with honey or beef rib with coarse salt accompanied by zucchini.
