Boompjes Maltwine Genever, the crown jewel of our genever range. The Maltwine Genever is made with 100% Maltwine, this means; unlike all the other genevers; this one doesn’t have any neutral wheat alcohol. 

We make this Maltwine Genever by fermenting & distilling rye, malt and corn 3 times and then we age it in American Oak barrels for 4 to 5 years. Then it’s blended with fresh mandarin peels and juniper.

Drink this in your finest cocktails like Old Fashioneds or Manhattans or just straight up!

Onder De Boompjes Distillery

We do produce our own maltwines and we fill our own bottles by hand. We check each and every bottle more than 6 times before it leaves Schiedam. Most distilleries producing Genever and Korenwijn buy their moutwijn in Belgium. We don’t, and we never will. Because we believe we should make our own products, rather than just repackaging someone else’s product. That makes our distillery a great distillery. The pure love and dedication for our products.
